13 Story Office Building Retrofit into Joint Living & Work Quarters/New Pool Location
Existing 13 Story Office Building Retrofit converted into a Joint Living & Work Quarters that was commenced February 2020 and completed in February 2021. This project required new grade beams, Transfer Beams, pile caps, 15” Concrete Mat Foundation, Retaining Walls, Shear Walls and Slab on Grade. After reinforcing the foundation, new concrete shear walls were built in every level forming a center core that will reinforce the building to sustain future seismic events. Lot Area: 36,093 SqFt
